Flexible drive line

 

This patent was granted in October 2008

The purpose of this model is to make a smaller version of the other two versions. Hence, the use of a running rod became impractical.

The main module consists of:

  • Drive line (wire, chain or dual cambelt): dimensioned upon desired effect.
  • Generator and buoyancy elements.

This version is highly flexible and is best suited for small and medium-sized devices. The main module can be placed subsea or onshore. The onshore version is called the CAPE VERDE – version.
